as of sunday, Bastian and i will be the proud parents of a new kitten! 7 weeks old by then.
(for those of you who know me or pay attention, Calliope, my first-born, is still in ohio, hanging out. we're working on bringing her to Germany.)
in honor of her sister's namesake, we're calling our new addition Polyhymnia.
but, my guess is, everyone will call her Polly for short. at least she won't get teased at school. can you imagine? Polygon. Polytheism. Polygamy. Polymer!
